This book broke my heart into a million peaces and put it back together about a hundred times

❥ The first Magnolia Parks book was a one star for me since I hated BJ constantly sleeping with other girls and them being immature and not talking like grown ups at all, but in this one, Magnolia and BJ were so much more sympathetic, more reasonable and lovable over all. They (over time) actually communicated how they’re supposed to
❥ Taura’s and Magnolia’s friendship is the most wholesome thing ever, I truly loved them becoming friends
❥ Seeing Julian and Magnolia together was the most epic and fulfilling thing ever (also the princess treatment he gave her because we know he’s actually not the person for such thing??).
I hated when he “cheated” on her but when we found out that he did it “for her”, idk that made me feel so many things. I thought that was the cutest but at the same time most horrible thing ever
❥ I hated Jessa Hasting’s writing in the first book but I think it was way better in this one. It’s incredible how she made me HATE BJ but simultaneously want him to get together with Magnolia so bad
❥ I usually hate miscommunication in books but it was so well done and meaningful here
❥ I love the characters of the  friend group with my whole heart, I got to know and learned to love them with every page that went by. They have my heart, I feel the emotions that they feel and suffer when they suffer

In summary I just kept being emotionally investigated and I don’t ever want this world and these characters to end 😩🤌🏼🫶🏼
