What a terrific way to bring this story to a close. Aru and her Pandava siblings must decide what to do when the gods and demons who want the nectar of immortality. Add in the discomfort Aru feels around Aiden because of their burgeoning feelings for one another, and schemes, plots and betrayals, incisive commentary on myths, and loads of humour, in a fast-moving plot and I was happy. I especially liked the way the ending made reference to the very beginning of Aru’s many adventures, giving me the warm, satisfying finish I wanted with this fun series.
