True to form, Something Blue gave me what I always look for in an Emily Giffin novel. Her mix of romance and comedy are is always spot on and there is always that one moment when I gasp in shock and slap my hand over my mouth in disbelief. Her talent for creating many diverse characters is impressive especially

creating a character like Darcy who I detested from the get-go, and then completely transforming her into someone that I truly felt for, and doing it in a way that was mostly plausible

I look forward to reading the rest of Giffin's books in the future
