Give me more Szeth!
For main characters, I enjoyed Kaladin's chapters the most. My heart aches for that boy. Shallan chapters were good when they didn't have her doing "witty" banter. I enjoyed her internal dialogue, but not external.
There were definitely some highlights in the story. The Shadesmar chapter of Shallan sketching the symbol head figures following her was so intense!! I could feel the panic rising with her.
World building wise, the overarching background is a complete mystery to me still! I guess it ends on cliffhangers because nothing felt wrapped up. Lots of information given here and there, especially the interludes, but none of it links up yet.
