this book has my whole heart and i am totally ok with it. everything from the writing to the characters, the summertime vibes, the whole damn thing.
this book follows persephone (percy) as she gets called back to the town she spent many of her summers at and hasn't been to in 10 years. after returning she's reminded of the both the good and heartbreaking events that lead up to her leaving and never coming back. you follow along both present day and flashbacks of the 6 summers she spent there growing up, meeting and bonding with sam florek and his older brother.
