another read for my readers advisory class, our sci fi pick. it’s not like, my favorite book ever, but the storytelling was really interesting and i liked the way the narrator was the center piece without it being *entirely* about her. i’m always a sucker for themes of humanity too and this book definitely has those lol. Overall I’m really glad I read this and I understand why it was picked for our unit on sci-fi.
Graphic: Confinement, Death, Gore, Terminal illness
Moderate: Infertility, Suicidal thoughts, Torture, Grief
