Revival Volume 1: You're Among Friends by Tim Seeley

Not only is this a pretty accurate depiction of small town life, but it's a compelling story about how such a town might deal with people coming back from the dead. They're not zombies, they're not vampires, they're just like you and I, but dead. I was captivated to find out qhat was going on so much that I flew through all of the volumes within two months. A year later I still can't stop thinking about this series. I can't recommend it highly enough.
