I was fortunate enough to receive an ARC of this book and it was definitely an intriguing read. Senara and crew passing through the veil and all the surprises and new discoveries there—with a hint of suspicion and worry, kept me wanting to know what happens next! The dual courts, new people and leadership, new magic and animals, and secret divides that seem majorly detrimental to Thorn and Senara. And again with the cliffhanger! Definitely want to see how this story continues.
