I was so curious about Kai when Sergei and Alessandro rescued him from Mexico. The majority of this book takes place in the year leading up to that though. Kai and Nera meet by chance and thus begins their year of orbiting around one another. Kai’s obsession with Nera was absolute and I loved that for him. It was really interesting that she didn’t know his name the entire year they met up. 

I like that the three guys from the Z.E.R.O. unit are now free of that and living their HEA’s. Nera had to put up with so much for the three years until Massimo got out of prison, she really showed strength. Overall it was a good book.
