"the adhd is strong in this one" i quote myself about lestat in this book.

this book is just anne rice writing bible fanfiction inserting her character lestat... this is about the devil memnoch who infactuates himself with lestat and with wanting to add him to his deeds. he shows lestat his story, heaven and hell and why he was vanished to try to convince him to join him.

by the end it gets so silly and confusing, definitely some drug trip because what was that. at least the action by the end is very good and it ends with a HUGE cliffhanger that will be talked about in the next book 'the vampire armand'.

the weakest book so far and i like to read weird catholic shit, as an ex-catholic now agnostic guy. it was too weird and also dora is SO boring omg.

bosch’s garden of earthly delights is mentioned a lot and yeah, if you looked up the painting, that's exactly how it felt reading some parts of this book.
