Love According to Science by Claire Kingsley

5 He's her Penguin Stars!!
I couldn’t even handle this book it was smart person in love success. I swooned the whole way through this book, they hated each other so much in the beginning it just built up the tension so much. The awkward tension it made between them when Hazel is trying to win him over and be as cute as her best friends, even though her brain is just enough to win Corban over. When Corban starts spouting out random animal facts at awkward moments because he just doesn’t know what to do.

Corban is just the best nerdy boyfriend every and he is beyond frustrated that Hazel won’t give him the time of day. I feel so bad that he thinks he is flawed and can’t fall in love. The relationship he had with his twin sister was amazing, I liked how she just knew he would be oblivious to his surroundings and need his eyes opened at certain moments. Corban lost his keys, forgot to tuck in his shirt, and would probably forget his pants, but he could solve crazy mathematical problems. It was crazy how his brain worked, however whenever Hazel was around, he could only focus on irritating her or trying to make her like him.

Hazel is so unbelievable organized and well put together until she meets Corban and she just can’t get anything right, not even her perfect baking. OMG her baking made me so hungry, I loved that we were back with the running club and these girlfriends were back together. Hazel’s cat is hilarious, and he should probably have his own treadmill but that’s okay. I adored how awkward it was for Hazel trying to get Corban’s attention without really knowing if she wanted his attention and pulling all those pranks on him. The tender moments they have together really pulled at my heartstrings. I can’t tell you without spoiling it but there are a ton of really sweet moments.
