The Collected Regrets of Clover
by Mikki Brammer
*3.5 STARS*
The Collected Regrets of Clover was a really engaging read- not only do you learn a lot about a death doula and what they do through the character of Clover, but this book really puts you through a lot of uncomfortable moments. Clover is rather behind with some emotional developments which is a driving force for a lot of her character growth, and it's sweet to follow her journey of making friends, learning to move and feel connected to her body, face her own grief, and learn to date. There were parts of this book when I didn't enjoy certain characters, but I felt Brammer did a good job of redeeming everyone towards the end.
