The Flame: Poems Notebooks Lyrics Drawings by Leonard Cohen

3.0

I read the book pretty quickly. I did find eight to ten poems that I dog-eared the page for, but so much of this felt like the leftovers that had no place else to go. His frivolous stuff, maybe? Maybe they felt there needed to be a final resting place for some of his work, leaving nothing unpublished? Just felt like an odd assortment. Like another review said, the Foreword by his son was the best part of the book.
