I took me more than 3/4 of the book to be invested in these two.
For someone who didn't let anyone see the complete real her, she let Lachlan in very quickly.
I know it's explained, but it felt rushed.
Most of the plot felt rushed to me. The buildup to the climax of the book was really long only for the problem to be resolved really quickly.
But the spice was spicyyyyyy.
The concert and the bonus chapter: chef's kiss.
Also I laughed out loud when Lachlan's phone automatically connected to the car and his smutty audiobook is playing out loud.
Very excited to read the third book, since the characters are very well introduced and my interest is piqued.
