I couldn’t figure out for the life of me what the actual plot of this book was supposed to be. It was like as if the author added every little idea he ever had for this book and so it made it bloated, slow, and difficult to understand the motivations of the characters. I’m certain it about 30% of just the fluff was cut out, it would’ve been better.
