Mister Miracle by Tom King

5.0

Tom king keeps making amazing content for us to read and this might be one of the best, if not the best. Mister miracle isn’t the most popular character with only a few books on him created back in the oldie days by jack Kirby, atleast I think so. Anyways the whole premise is that he can escape anything but, he can’t escape death after attempting suicide.

There are a lot of debates of wether Scott is alive or just in heaven and reading theories are awesome, I believe he’s alive but is still suffering from depression.

The art by Mitch Gerads is weird but cool and after a while you start to like it a lot more because it’s pretty foreign. My problem with the art is big barda seems kinda weird sometimes and awkward but it doesn’t really matter that much.

One of the best things about the story is the family aspect and how jake makes Scott happy and changes him to be a father and more responsible and, at first I found funky super annoying but when he starts babysitting jake he’s such an awesome character.

Overall great book
