Two Tales Dark and Grim: The Key/The Brothers Piggett by Julie Kagawa, Rachel Hawkins

4.0

I really enjoyed this overall, since it is an anthology I'l do a brief review for each story.

*will updated/finish this review soon*

"The Key" 2/5
I didn't really enjoy this one, it wasn't horrible I just found it a bit boring. The things that seemed like they were supposed to be shocking reveals were things I predicted, which was probably why I didn't really like this one.

"Figment" 5/5
I really loved this one, probably my favorite short story I've ever read honestly. It's about a stuffed cat who is part good luck charm, part imaginary friend, and part pure magic and the person who owns him. The ending was bittersweet but very well done.

"The Twelfth Girl" 5/5
This was another one I really enjoyed. The plot was really well developed for the limited amount of pages and kept me interested the whole time. The ending left things up to the imagination and I wish their was more, but still very enjoyable.

"The Raven Princes" 4/5
