Bully by Penelope Douglas

Did not finish book. Stopped at 72%.
It's in the title and I knew this would be a bully romance, but in this case, the bully is unforgivable and doing nothing to atone for his cruelty.  He is hard and wooden and Tate is left baring the entirity of the emotions for the both of them.
