I received this book in return for an honest review from LoP.
Initially I read the story as a stand alone because I didn't feel that these characters really fit in with the other people from the previous books. Liz's story was more intense than the other stories. Robert was not a main character is the other books so it was easier for me to just view this as a stand alone. During the second part, more of the characters introduced in the other books were coming into play. I liked this book and im glad that Brandy went into more detail about Liz's circumstances and her and Robert's entire love story. It was a sweet fix that her Robert and Tremaine just fit together. I'm also glad that their friends came in to help them because that is really what this series seems to be about. The different types of love people can offer.
