Darcy is a witch. She can grant wishes but there are rules of a wishcrafter. She lives in a village of mortals and other witches. Each has their own talents. The characters are all well rounded and developed. I could picture each one in my head. I started with this book so I’ll have to go back to the 1st. Darcy learns her friend, Abby was murdered on the day of the Mad Dash race. She sets out to find the killer and on the way learns some village secrets. There even some familiars that are so adorable you can’t help but smile.
