This was the end to an amazing epic story. I have read many book series that did not give a satisfying ending. Ms. Harkness not only gave a satisfying end, she made the third book the best of all three. The character development from the first book through the third book was incredible and not just with the two main characters. She took a host of different characters and just made them come alive on the page. We waited a long time from the first book to the third but it was well worth the wait.
