I’m a huge TOG fan, but I was not sure on this series after reading what it was about, killing a wolf etc etc
I was thinking maybe it would be similar or that it wouldn’t be as good... I was wrong!
This is a must read for anyone who loves fantasy... I love the characters and the storyline, I know there is SO SO much more to come! I just finished it and have already got the second & third ready to read!!
No true spoilers below but mentions of plot:
Feyre is an interesting lead character, one that you know will develop so much in this series. She is protecting & looking after her family who truly don’t appreciate her. Hunting in the deadly woods by the wall that leads to immortal lands just to keep food on there table when she kills a wolf, another beast comes to claim her life and takes her to the Spring court in the immortal lands.
The beast is actually Tamlin, high lord of the Spring court... an interesting character who I love but not fully. Tamlin’s friend Lucian is another great character but on a whole there is obviously going through be a huge development here.
