Don't Believe It

A decent thriller that's good fun. The mystery itself is somewhat predictable, thanks to the many hints peppered in by the author, but I didn't expect the actual ending. I'm not sure if being disabled myself and also being familiar with various disability tropes in fiction made it easier to figure out who the killer was.
The ending felt rushed to me and is where things started falling apart plot-wise for me, with some holes that seemed glaring next to the rest of a well-plotted book. (Especially with the retired detective; he waited till after the trial to bring things up? ) Still, it was a good thriller read.
