Oh, this was immaculate!
Because I don't want one word from her; I want all of them.
Whether I deserve them or not.
Jesse King was everything I could ask for from a biker and more. He was not your typical disrespecful fucker mc man. He was an MC man second and a dad first. His daughter, Bea, was his everything from day one, and that made me love him immediately. He resisted and tried to fight his attraction for Reagan, but in the end, he knew they were meant for each other.
All I know is that I'm slowly memorizing every hint of her happiness.
"Keep running that fucking mouth, Reagan. I dare you."
Reagan was the perfect blend of curiosity, bravery, and softness. She was great with Bea, stepped into the role of mother without even trying to be, because let's be honest, she was never just the nanny. Her being Luna's friend and making it impossible for Jesse to get rid of her was the best part. She knew what she wanted and wasn't about to be deterred by the grumpy hot guy.
He fucked me like he wanted to ruin me, and I begged him to do it.
"You multiply everything to the point where I can't get enough."
The plot was great. I was engaged, and it complemented the romance perfectly. I didn't see the twist coming, and those last 30 pages had me on edge.
I need the next book, but before that, I'm immediately going back and reading Steel and Ghost's books because Eva just turned into an auto-read author.
Thank you to TAA and Eva for this e-arc!
