Just like the 1st book, this never fails to captivate me. Everything that I loved in the first book, the chemistry, crime mystery, philosophy references, and the plot twists are all present in the 2nd book.
I love how everything starts to unravel in Halen's mind and we're taken along the roller-coaster of emotions which I loved every moment of it.
Highly recommend this book series and I can't wait to dive into the last one.
