As a vegan that is already well-versed in plant-based nutrition, I didn’t find much of the information new. While the athlete stories were inspiring, it got repetitive after the 4th one. Probably the best sections were the sports supplements and preventing soreness. I also listened to the audiobook and I think reading the book would be a better experience. The narrator recites very tedious things, like charts and WIEIAD’s, that would be better to skim.
