This banned book for all ages js incredible. If you are on the fence about reading it, read it. Read it for yourself, read it with your family. This book was banned because Red Oak (the narrator) uses all pronouns. Guess what?! Biologically Red Oaks have both male and female parts. It’s a beautiful thing and incredibly good for the environment. 

I also found myself laughing quite a bit at this clever book. Loved the characters. It’s a quick read for all ages.
