Childhood, Youth, Dependency: The Copenhagen Trilogy
by Tove Ditlevsen
emotional
reflective
sad
medium-paced
I was gripped, the voice of the narrator was so compelling and I love to read a character (person!) who is so real in her voice. I love that she made weird decision and displayed a large spectrum of emotions not often allowed for women. However, especially the portion ‘dependency’ could be super hard to read in points because you watch her life go so wrong.
