This one feels like RJ was setting things for the other books like things were a little more child and yes it was slow but it still was enjoyable. Seeing Egwene moving her chess with the council and putting them in place was so satisfying and I love her arc in this book. Elayne finally got to Andor to proclaim the throne and I need to say that her chapter at the beginning were difficult to get through we deserve an award for being able to get through them. Rand's chapters are amazing as always and love that we see him doing battle plans and being in battle. That Callandor chapter was just sad and crazy. What Min said to Rand at the end of chapter 29 crushed my heart so hard. Fedwin was just a child and Rand needed to let himself mourn. I think the last time he mourned someone was Moraine and it has been three books of that like let my boy cry. Those last chapter look like things are going down in Winter’s Heart.
