First thing that I noticed was that they skip the end of the conversation between Alissa and her dad, they just dive straight into getting his memories. I was really surprised by this because I really wanted to know his reaction to the whole situation.
Also is over half of the book dedicated to resolving the romantic sub-plot that has been going on and it almost pulled me out of the story. Only after that is (kind of) resolved does the story focus shift to fully tell the plot that has been going on the whole time. It does have a nice ending but I would have liked to know more about the rest of Alissa's life with Jeb and the occasional interferance of Morpheus.
Guess I'll have to wait for the novella
