I only gave this book two stars instead of three because it could not hold my attention. I never finished it. The first couple of stories were disturbing and icky, but not all that interesting to me. The characters seemed to be getting more or less what they deserved and I had a hard time being sympathetic. Thus, I had no motivation to wade through the scatological content hoping for something interesting to come up later.
