I liked his perspective, but it was very disjointed, and I didn't read the trilogy right before reading this book, so I missed out on a lot of small details, and she alluded to some of the more important details, but I felt like I was on the outside of an inside joke, especially during part two of the story. The ending was good, and I really liked seeing home meet his adopted children.
