This is a Romantasy that will have you flipping every damn page like your life depends on it.
The 20 page glossary was a little too much (in my opinion, although it was helpful to refer to what meeting new characters. It was also overwhelming 😭.
Raeve and Kaan are so worth every turned page. I’m not even sure this classifies as “insta-love” given the premises. But I understand how others could feel that vibe going.
I think this is a Romantasy book that is hard to get into at first. It’s one that if you don’t commit to it won’t stand out.
I was so lucky to do this as a buddy ready with my dear book bestie, so reading this together, having conversations, & building up theories was so fun!
(Yes, I nearly mostly yapped about wanting to climb Kaan like a damn tree. So what?)
The ending??? GAGGED.
Yes, I still have so many damn questions I can only hope they get answered in the upcoming novel!
I do personally need book 2 to hit my mailbox ASAP. I’ll talk to whoever I need to but PLEASE 🙏
