First story is about a crime boss who thinks of making a prison his headquarters by threatening the guards and making a fake prison director.
second story is a poor attempt at making a new super villain to carry the series along with the joker and that poor attempt goes by the name of professor radium, i didn't like him at all but i liked that they are trying atleast because the series does need someone else other than the joker to carry it.
third story was a fun story the superstition murders it felt like reading an Agatha Christy novel
4th story the joker returns i didn't really like the bit about the president calling the batman and robin it felt unrealistic but i guess it was needed to warrant the bat mobile crossing many state lines in pursuit of the joker.
