A Pocket Full of Lies by Kirsten Beyer

2.0

A Janeway from another timeline is discovered to be a leader in an alien war. The crew must determine why, how to rescue her, and what to do with her once they have her. The Kim/Conlon background drama is kind of overblown and the "I love you" stuff is WAY too fast. The whole premise of
what if Katherine had a baybee!
is a copout and an unfortunate take on an iconic character in my opinion. Beyer nails the voices of the crew most of the time, but sometimes she forces them into out of character behaviors and it shows.
