This book was eye-opening in a lot of ways and I will absolutely be prioritizing my sleep in the future. It did at times get very scientific and I felt my eyes glazing over (a silly complaint, I know). The upside is that those chapters helped me fall asleep. I enjoyed the parts that got into public health implications of sleep and the effects that sleep has on memory and creativity.
