Everything for You
by Chloe Liese
now why did chloe liese have to expand her horizons by writing this mlm-fetishizing, overly-woke, abolish-toxic-masculinity-101, i'm-a-man-with-sisters-so-i'm-a-decent-person-who-knows-shit-about-periods, cheesy ass, cringy ass romance? not that penning stories about lgbt+ characters with chronic pain and anxiety is what authors shouldn't be doing, but this was clearly written for fetshizers, by a fetishizer. oliver is insufferable and both characters' internal monologues made me want to cry. the sex was weird and clearly fed into cishet-womens' fantasies. i wanted to read this as someone with similar struggles to oliver, and who liked two books out of the series this book is in, but am feeling regret rn. can't say i enjoyed myself.
