so incredible and addicting. one of the best fantasy books i have ever read. it’s great for new to fantasy readers, the world building/magic system is not difficult to understand and the story flows so beautifully. violet is one of my favorite characters ever, i love that she didn’t let her weaknesses hold her back and she didn’t expect anyone to coddle her. i will definitely reread this soon.
