OH MY GOSH, OH MY GOSH!!!!

I have no words other than, what did I just read!!! I’ll be honest, at first I didn’t think I’d like it. It was cute but just that… nothing more. Though I have come to realize, I should never doubt Tarah. Because this, this story, it turned out to be perfect. Every plot twist. Every detail. Every character. This story was wonderful and I was fully sat.

It’s a slow start, but it’s worth it. The journey is worth it.

Seeing both Tait and Henry become their true selves. Getting to watch this family recount after hardship. It was everything!

I think I can’t talk about this book for a long time, so I’ll end it with this. The topics this book discussed hit so deep with me. I could relate to Tait, Henry, to all of them. Tarah captured the beauty of finding who you and where you belong all in this book.

This is a must read!!
Now… time for all my favorite quotes ;)

“God, look at you.”
“It’s Tait, actually, but feel free to worship all you’d like.”
“God. Oh … Oh my god,” I whisper.
“It’s Henry, actually, but feel free to worship all you’d like.”
“Jesus Christ!” she exclaims.
“There you go, again. Woman, it’s Henry. Hen-ry.”

When I tell you I was cracking up, this was hilarious!!!

I want to fix all of it for her, to imprint how I see her into her brain, to blow up that image so large that it leaves no room for doubt.

Henry you have my entire heart

I think I hear my heart crack for him—this kind man, who probably seems like a cranky asshole to any outsider, but who lives for the ones he cares about. Grump he may be, but I’d love for him to be my grump. He’s already become my favorite friend.

LOVERSSSS

Someone who’s seen so much—even you can still appreciate it here. You might not be ready to admit that, but I’ll be here when you are.” It’s not this place I’m falling for, I want to tell him.
