Book 3 in The Evergreen Park series. 

Wes has liked Harper since the first time he saw her and is waiting for the right time to make his move. When Harper wins a date with the rockstar her ex loved, they come up with an agreement to benefit them both and get married. This book was quick paced and very cutesy. WES WAS DOWNN BAD and made a point to be very clear with his feelings to Harper very early on.
