I really enjoyed Shadow Lands and the entire Savage Lands series. Opie and Bitzy are my favorites in the book, and I thought Esmeralda was a fun addition. My only complaint is that this book and the entire series need another editing round. There were some typos, and it could benefit from a thesaurus. The sex scenes started to get old well before book six because they were so repetitive. Even the scenes between other characters were described the same way.
