 I liked parts of the book and hated certain other parts, mostly that it was such a SLOW BURN romance, which isn't really my thing, give me the spice! But I did like the overarching themes of family and strong women being sexy. I liked that in the end, 
she didn't give up her job
, which is one thing I dreaded happening. I did also like the inclusion of 
attempted sexual assault and her fighting back and stopping it, though I know that's not always possible.
