Armageddon in Retrospect: And Other New and Unpublished Writings on War and Peace by Kurt Vonnegut

4.0

Vonnegut is always an interesting author, and this book did not stray from the enjoyable yet dark content that many of his other books presents. As an author he is amazing at painting pictures of the views into the world he portrays. While the stories are often dark and depressing, he brings a realism to light that many authors telling stories of similar periods of history struggle to capture. I would highly recommend this book to any Vonnegut fans, and even those who are not familiar with his work with enjoy it. The forward by his son is an excellent addition.
