Good Morning, Midnight
by Lily Brooks-Dalton
Some elements of this novel were so delicate and nuanced, others blunt and obvious and repetitive to the point where I was like, "I GET IT." I'm all over the place! (As was everyone else in my book club, which made for an EXCELLENT discussion.)
Also, this book practically reads as a companion to Meg Howrey's The Wanderers for better (I used insights from The Wanderers to fill in gaps in this book) or worse (it felt like I'd already read this book!).
