This was a cute winter read! I wish I read it before Christmas so I could enjoy the Christmas vibes more, but I loved it all the same. This is my first read by this author. Despite The Charm Offensive being such a fan favorite. I'm even more excited to pick it up now. I really loved the writing style and all the side characters and found family. The only negative thing I have to say is that it got too annoying and repetitive to hear how Jack smelled like bread. It was cute the first time and like the sentiment but I wish it was more spread out, I realize this is more of a personal gripe, but it seemed like it was every other interaction Jack was being described as smelling like bread.
