I purchased this book after hearing the author speak on The Moth podcast. The story she told was so moving that I had to pull the car in to a layby to sob like a big ole baby.
This book is equally as tender, kind and as full of love. I am not remotely religious so was slightly nervous about the religious undertones of the book - but Kate's faith is so open, true and steeped in love it really didn't matter. And if anything added something extra to her lovely story. Even an atheist like me loved it.
