Kazuo Ishiguro has this innate ability to take such complex (and arguably fucked up) dystopian ideas of a world not far from our own, and approaches them with such a quiet, sensitive voice. Instead of throwing the dystopian world in your face, you are told of the circumstances through the emotions and feelings of the characters. He uses the humanity of our souls as the driving force taking you through the story. I was in tears during this last chapter. I think this is a book that I will think about a lot.
