I adore this series. Owens has created such a wonderful world. I'm also drawn completely into it as I read and I'm always sorry to leave when the book is finished.
This is one of the better books in the series. I enjoyed it quite a bit more than some of her more recent releases. I loved both Laev and Camellia and thought their romance was well done. I especially like that, though they're fated heartmates, they can choose to accept the bond or not. That neither of them was ready was a refreshing change.
