Honestly, Hannah never misses👏🏻
I have been DYING for Bryce’s story since we first met her in Strung Along. I love me a grouch lol and I especially love a FMC that is a grouch! Bryce has such a hard exterior and is so closed off and then you have Daisy who is just the polar opposite, she is literal sunshine and kindness and all things positive even when she’s hit with curveballs.
I loved the feeling of just being completely sucked into their journey and seeing the layers of Bryce opening up. I also loved the slow burn build up to their intimate relationship. It felt so authentic and real.
One of my favorite things about reading Hannah’s stories is the way she so effortlessly gives us bits and pieces into future characters. We get just enough of them to have us hooked to the possibility of their story and where their life will go. I’m so excited and ready for Cherry Peak #5 but I’m not ready for Cherry Peak to be coming to an end.
I ended up listening to this on audio and the narration was amazing. The casting for narrators was spot on and fit my idea of Bryce and Daisy so perfectly.
