If someone were to ask me for a summary of this story, I'd call it a millennial Bell Jar against a backdrop of the immigration reforms of the 2000s. And I LOVE The Bell Jar.
The ending felt just a little rushed and maybe the sequencing of some events could have been placed differently and/or elaborated upon. I simply wanted more of this story and am excited to see the final product!
